CranioSacral Therapy

  As taught by The Upledger Institute, Inc., CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, noninvasive method of “evaluating and treating the Craniosacral System,” specifically the dural membranes.

   This therapy involves applying gentle pressure to areas on the face and head and the sacral region to release internal fascial restrictions (places where tissue feels “stuck”) and balance the craniosacral rythym.

   Clients say that headaches, TMJ and sinus problems have been alleviated through this method.
